And First. I direct that my body be decently interred in burying ground of Freys church now Emanuel church. As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows, Viz: FIRST I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary all my real estate during he natural life together with all my personal property consisting of household goods and all other persons or properties which I now have or may hereafter have. I will that my daughter Sarah shall have the privilege to live with my wife Mary during her natural life of my said wife and after the death of my wife Mary, all my property both real and personal shall be sold by my executor herein after Names And of the payment of all my just and debts expenses together with the funeral expenses of my beloved wife Mary, the balance remaining shall be divided as follows I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah the sum of Five hundred dollars, the balance remaining after the above bequest shall be equally divided among my other children share and share alike. That is to say my daughter Carry wife of George LEIPHART, Eliza wife of Henry MILLER, Mary Ann wife of Adam MITZEL, Catharine wife of Henry KOFFMAN. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my friend Jonathan McCOY my sole executor of this my last will and testament.
