Thron one of Execs. affirmed, & John Thron the other Exec. Sworn, Inventory in two months, & Reckoning in a Year or when legally thereunto required John Morris, D.R. Letters Testamentary, with a copy of the Will annexed granted to the Executors on the same day J. Baurritz, Reg. Inventory filed June 6th 1801 Recorded in Book No. 10, page 224 J. Baurritz, Reg. fees paid 4.44 cents ====================================================== In the Name of God, Amen, I Abraham Throne the younger of Manheim Township in the County of York, and State of Pennsylvania, being Sick and Weak in Body, but of a Sound and Disposing Mind and Memory blessed be almighty God for the Same, Do make and Publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First my Will is that in the first place all my Just Debts and funeral Expenses Shall be paid and Satisfied out of my Personal Estate, but this is my Will that my Wife Mary, Shall not be forsed to sell more of the Personal Estate but what the necessity shall require for paying my Debts For my Will is and I give and bequeath unto my Loving Wife Mary all my whole Personal Estate of what kind or nature so ever it may be, To Hold to her, her heirs and assigns for ever only that she Shall pay all my Just Debts to the meaning of one said all the Grain and Meat what I have now I give and bequeath unto my said Wife also and from the Grain in the field Now which is Sowen out for the Shares I also give and bequeath my share thereof to my said Wife And Wilst we have no children My Will is concerning my Lands and Plantation which I have Purchased of my father Abraham Throne the Elder for fifty Shilling per acre which said money is not yet paid, and I have not yet obtained a Title from him for the Same So my Will is that my Said Wife Shall have her Living in my Now Dwelling House as long as she be my Widow and likewise one cow kept in stable foder and pasture as good as the others that shall be kept on my said place and if none Should be kept on my place my Will is that my Wife's Cow shall be kept in a Good and Sufficient manner and Concerning my Property or Claim which I have to my said Lands or Plantation according to our Bargain I give and Devise the same in equal shares to my three sister in Namely John Throne and my two Sisters Magdalena and Anna Mary only that my Said Wife Shall have on, from, and out of the Same the following articles necessaries and things yearly and every year as long as she be my widow that is to say Twelve bushels of Good Merchantable Wheat and ten bushels of Rie and even ten bushels of Indian Corn and ten pounds of Good Hatcheled flax and even so much tow and further She Shall have the full use of the Planting garden and fire wood ready cut and delivered to her House as much as she shall have need of for her use and also the fruit of these Trees that is now planted on my Said Lands and eight bushels of Potatoes, all these articles my Said Wife shall have yearly and every year as long as she be my widow and Lastly I do hereto appoint and Nominate my Loving Friend Samuel Throne and my Brother John Throne to be the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby Revoking all former Wills by me Made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this Fifth Day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and one. Henry Danner Henry Bowman Andrew Miller ============================================================== York County SS: Before me John Morris, Jun., Deputy Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of York in the State of Pennsylvania personally came Henry Bowman and Andrew Miller, two of the subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of Writing, and, the siad Henry Bowman on his Solemn Oath, and the said Andrew Miller on his Solemn Affirmation, Do severally say, that they were personally present and saw & heard the before named Abraham Thron Sign his name unto and Seal and publish the foregoing Instrument of Writing as and for his last Will and Testament, And that at the time of the doing thereof he the said Abraham Thron was of a sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief, that they Subscribed their names thereto as Witnesses in the presence of the Testator and at his request, And farther that they also saw Henry Danner the other Witness Sign his name thereunto as a Witness at the same time.
