Baurritz, Reg. Letters Testament and granted to Excs. same day J. Baurritz, Reg Inventory Filed Dec 2nd 1820 Recorded in Book No. 14, page 284 by J. Baurritz, Reg. ========================================================== In the Name of God, Amen, I Abraham Throne of heidelberg township in the County of York and State of Pennsylvania being of a sound and disposing mind, and in the enjoyment of good health take this occasion to make this my last will and testament, the life which has been graciously bestowed by a benificient creator, I Resign to his mercifull care; my body will be Received into the bosom of its mother earth, and it is my Request that I should be decently intered at the discretion of my Executor herein after mentioned. It is my will that all my Just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid off as soon as Conveniently they can be after my Decease. Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughters Magdalena Intermarried with Paul Sowers the sum of thirty pounds in Lawfull money of the United States to be paid to her or her heirs or assigns in three years from the date of this my will. Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth the daughter of my dear wife Intermarried with Jacob Bollinger the sum of fifty pounds in Lawfull money of the United States to be paid to her or her heirs or assigns in three years from the date of this my will. Item All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Estate not herein otherwise bequeathed I give Devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Catharine to hold and Enjoy the same for her own sole use. And Lastly I do hereby nominate, Constitute and appoint my Dear Wife Catharina Executrix of this my Last will and testament, Revoking all former Wills by me made, Ratafying And Confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and testament. In Witness whereof, I Abraham Throne have here unto set my hand and seal the twenty seventh day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Nineteen. Signed, Sealed, published, pronounced, & declared by Abraham Throne the above named testator to be his Last Will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of eachother subscribed our names as Witness thereto. Abraham Thron {seal} George Himes Jacob Shultz York County, SS: Before me Jacob Baurritz, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of administration in and for the County of York in the State of Pennsylvania, Personally came George Himmes & Jacob Shultz, the two subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of Writing, and on their solemn oaths do severally say that they were personal present and saw and heard the forgoing named Abraham Thron sign his name unto and seal and publish the foregoing Instrument of writing as and for his last Will & Testament, and that at the time of the doing thereof he the said Abraham Thron was of a sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that they subscribed their names thereto as witnesses in the presence of the said Testator and at his request, and also in the presence of each other at the same time.
