Yoeman, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making (spelled this way) void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made, And first I direct that my body be decently intered (spelled this way) in Bethlyhem (spelled this way) grave yard where my parents and children are buried, and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and Situation in life, and further I direct that my hereinafter named Executors have Tombstones erected at my grave and also at the grave of my wife and to be paid out of my estate. As to such estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me with, I dispose of the Same as follows, Viz.: Item, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy Ann WAUGHTEL all my real estate Situated in Windsor and Chanceford Townships York County and State of Pennsylvania adjoining property of John Waughtel, Aaron Blouse, Joseph Sterner & others, for and during her natural life on so long as she remains my widow, and after her death I direct that my herein named Executors sell my said seal estate and convert the same into cash. I also give and devise and bequeath to my said wife Nancy Ann WAUGHTEL all of my personal property of whatsoever kind or nature, for her own use, for and during her natural life or so long as she remains my widow. I also direct that my hereinafter names Executors convert such personal property that my remain after my said widows death into cash. I further direct that my herein after named Executors after paying all expenses that they divide the proceeds of the sale of my real estate and also the proceeds of the sale of my personal property (after the decease of my said wife) share and share alike among all of my children or their heirs. I also vest full power in my hereinafter Executors to sell my said real estate either at public or private sale and to execute conveyances for the same in the same manner and with as good titles as I could while living. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Jacob G. Waughtel and my son in law Jeremiah Snyder sole Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I, Henry WAUGHTEL, the testator, have to this my last will written on one sheet of paper, set my hand and seal, this thirteenth day of April A. D. 1897.
