I Anna Mary WINTERMEYER of Dover Township in the County of York and the State of Pennsylvania wido & being very sick and weak in body but perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God calling unto mind the mortality of my body do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in the manner following. I recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent christian burial at the discretion of my Executors. And as touching such worldly Estate where with it has pleased God to bless me in this life I give, devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form. First I order that my funeral expenses to be discharged and paid of next my just debts shall be paid likewise. Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Catharina WINTERMEYER my cow and my three sheep or as many as will be alife at my decease their of. I also give and bequeath unto said Catharina WINTERMEYER my bed and bedstead and all the beding in my posetion and my chest and all the linnen in my posetion made up or not made up together with all my money which will be at my decease belonging to me further I give and bequeath unto my daughter Catharina WINTERMEYER all my house and kitchen furniture of what name or kind, or thing it may be or what name it will be as so ever of my Estate. And lastly I nominate and apoint my friend Peter WITERIGHT the sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I do hereby utterly disallow and revoke all former Testemants, Wills, Legacies and executors ratifing and confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of March A.D. one thousand eight hundred and fourteen. Anna Mary X Wintermeyer Her Mark Seal Signed sealed published and pronounced and declared by the said wido as her Last Will and Testament in the presence of Jacob HOFFMAN Henry STOVER York County, PA Before me Jacob Barnitz Register for the probate of wills and granting letters of administration in and for the county of York in the State of Pennsylvania. Personally came Henry STOVER Esq. and Jacob HOFFMAN subscribing witnesses as to the fore going instrument of writing and the said Henry STOVER Esq. on his solemn oath and he the said Jacob HOFFMAN on his solemn oath affirmation do severely say that the fore going instrument of writing was distincly read & explained to the said Testatrix that she then declared it to be her last will and testament and that at the same time she was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief. And that they subscribed their names thereto as witnesses at the same time. Signed Henry Stover Jacob Hoffman Sworn and subscribed before me at York by the H.
