Principally and first of all, I commend my immortal soul into the hands of God who give it and my body to the earth to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executor herein after named and as to such wordly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life. I give and dispose of the same in the following manner to wit. First I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid and satified. Secondly it is my will and I give devise and bequeath unto my six daughters namely Susanna intermarried with Philip FACKLER, Philibina intermarried with Frederick HAKE, Catharina intermarried with George MASON, Elizabeth intermarried with John RINEHART, Mary WITERECHT and Sarah WITERECHT and their heirs and assigns forever, all my household and kitchen furniture my linens, sundry, flax, hemp and wool and all and every other article or articles that I may do possessed of also my cow, together with my wearing apparel of every kind or nature the same may be, which household kitchen furniture, linens, sundry, flax, hemp and wool and all and every other article or articles shall be sold at public sale(my wearing apparel only exception which shall be equally divided between my said six daughters) and the monies arising from the sales aforesaid shall be equally divided share and share alike between my said six daughters or their legal representives or heirs, over and above their equal share of the rest of my Estate herein after willed given and bequeathed. Thirdly I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Peter WITERECHT the sum of five pounds which shall be in full for his share of my Estate whatsoever. Fourthly, It is my will and I give and devise and bequeath unto my son Jacob WITERECHT and unto my six daughters aforenamed and my Grand daughter, Mary Ann MASON and to their heirs and assigns. All the ___ residue and remainder of my Estate not heretofore given and bequeathed to be equally divided between them share and share alike. And lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son in law Frederick HAKE of West Manchester Township in the County of York aforesaid, to be my sole Executor of this my last will hereby revoking all other wills legacies and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said Susanna WITERECHT have here unto set my hand and seal the twentyeth day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and thirteen. Wentz Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of York in the state of Pennsylvania, came Andrew Newman and Ignatius Leitner, the two subscribing witnesses who on their solemn oaths do say that they were personally present and saw and heard the above named Susanna Witerecht Sign, Seal, Publish and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for her last will and testament and that at the time of the doing thereof she the said Susanna Witerecht was of sound, disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and that they signed their names thereto as witnesses at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other at the same time. Andrew Newman Ignatius Leitner Sworn and published before me at the Registers Office at York the 2nd day of August A.D. 1825 Per J.B. Wentz, Regs. A free copy as taken from and compared with the original remaining on file in this office Per J.B. Wentz, Reg. Know all men by these presents that I Frederick HAKE Executor named in the last will and testament of Susanna Witerecht late of Manchester Township deceased, have renounced, released and quit claimed and by the presents do renounce release and quit claim all my rights to said executorship and to the administration of the goods and chattels rights and credits whatsoever, which were of the said deceased and desire that the same my be committed to my friend John RINEHART or to such person or persons who may be entitled thereto. Susanna is the daughter of Philip Graber/Kreber (1713-1805) and Esther Unknown of Manchester Township, York. Susanna is the wife of George Witerecht (1750-1802) of Manchester Township, York.
