First my body is to be buried in the Earth in Christian like manner and my Soul I recommend in the hands of God Almighty who gave it. Item, and it is my will that all my just debts shall be first paid by my hereafter Executors. Item, and I give and bequeath unto my son George Witterecht the just and full sum of five pounds good and lawful money of Pennsylvania in gold and silver going to be for his doble shere. Item, and I give and bequeath unto my grandson Michel Mour the sum of twelve pounds money aforesaid for his shere and no more. Item, and I give and bequeth unto Susanna Foust wits the sum of five pounds money aforesaid and a ax, and a iron pot, and one bucket for all her truble that she had with me. Item, and it is my will that my five sons, George, Peter, Jacob, Michel and Philip each and every one of them shall have one thirty pound bond of the bonds I have now in hand that is to say my son George shall have the first bond that is due and my son Peter shall have the second and my son Jacob the third and my son Michel the fourth and my son Philip fifth according to their ages they shall have the bonds and I give them or each of them there or either of their heirs or assigns full power to draw the money and the interest at five present and no more but my son Philip is not at hand and I do not know what became of him and if it should happen that he shall die without issue before he get his bond and then his shere is to be divided amoung my three sons George, Petter and Michel there or either of their heirs and assigns. And I give my hereafter Executors full power to make public sail of all my Estate and if all my just Debts and Demands is paid and if there is any left it is my Will that my son Michel Witterecht shall the sum of four pounds money aforesaid for his heirs and assigns and no more. And it is my will that the residue of all shall be divided amoung my two sons George and Peter Witterecht for their heirs and assigns forever. And I set and appoint my beloved friends Philip Wintermeir and John Jacoby both of Manchester Township aforesaid to be my lawful Executors were of I have set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of November in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Two. Signed Michael Witterecht - Seal Sealed and signed and pronounced set in the presents of Nicholas Frantz and Jacob Niemand York County & before me Jacob Barnitz Esq. Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in & for the County of York in the state of Pennsylvania. Personally came Nicholas Frantz & Jacob Niemand the two subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing and on their solemn oath do severally say that they were personally present and saw and heard the above named Michael Witterecht sign his name unto and seal and publish the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his Last Will and Testament. And that at the time of the doing thereof he the said Michael Witterecht was of a sound and disproving mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and that they subscribed their names thereto witnesses in the presence of the said testator & at his request and also in the presence of each other at the same time. Sworn & subscribed before me at York by the said Nicholas Frantz, signed Nicholas Frantz,the 20th May & by the said Jacob Neimand, signed Jacob Neimand. J. Barnitz, Reg. A true copy taken from & compared with the original. Memorandum that Letters Testamentary in common form were granted unto Philip Windermeir & John Jacoby of the Estate of Michael Witterecht decd. Inventory in two months. And an account or reckoning in a year or when legally thereunto required. Given under my hand & seal of office at York the 20th May A.D. 1793 J.
