Cause: Accident on board vessel.
Next of kin: Mrs. Mary K. Sharkey (wife), 2 Elm Street. Newport, R. I.
    Appointed from New York.

SELWOOD, THOMAS FRANK, lieutenant, United States Naval Reserve Force (class 2).
Died: At St. Vincent's Hospital, New York, N. Y.
Date: October 26, 1918.
Cause: Disease (pneumonia).
Next of kin: Harriet Selwood (mother), 76 Tindal Street,  Birmingham, England.
    Appointed from California.
