Nathan Wood of Scituate, yeoman, to Benedict Whipple of Scituate, yeoman; L18; 
south part of the farm that formerly belonged to my father, which I bought of 
him; 5 acres adjoining John Pierce, deceased, Christopher Waterman, Ralph 
King.  Deed signed also by Nathan's wife Anna.  (Scituate Land Records 8: 527)
