Agreement between Benjamin Wood of Scituate, yeoman, and son Nathan Wood of 
Scituate, yeoman; Nathan shall build an addition on the west end of Benjamin's 
dwelling for his own use.  Signed by Benjamin & Nathan Wood only; no wives
