Ear and a Halfpenny Before the Same Left Ear” Witness, Reynolds Hoxsie  


Additional Comments:
Welcome PROSSER, was the son of Isaac Prosser & Esther Colegrove.  Welcome was
born on June 21,1803 in Richmond,Washington County, Rhode Island, and perished
on November 28, 1879.
He married Jamima Tefft but was divorced from her.

His chidrem included Isaac Stillman Prosser, George W. Prosser, Sarah E.
Prosser, Abby A. Prosser.
