Additional Comments:
Phebe W. is Phebe Watrous.  Sometimes found as Pheobe Watrous.   I found Isaac 
S Prosser and Pheobe W.(a Nurse), in the New London Directories  (Connecticut) 
of 1892, 1893, 1894, as living at 88 Main Street, New London, Connecticut.  
Though children are not listed in the Directory, daughter Nellie M. Prosser was 
living with them in New London in 1893, and likely others were too. 

On September 16, 1893, Isaac's daughter Nellie M. Prosser married Joel Watrous 
in Groton, Connecticut.  In 1895, Isaac and Pheobe (Phebe) removed to Groton, 
according to the same New London City Directory of 1895.
