NOTICE

My wife, the late Mrs. Charlotte IRVINE and myself have separated. There was 
a marriage settlement between us by which each was to retain their own 
property. Therefore, I give notice to all, that my wife is not my agent and 
has not right to make contracts to bind me. Those who credit her must do it 
on the faith of her separate property.
