Do make, ordain, Constitute, and appoint this to be my last will and testament, In manner and form following, that is to say first it is my will that after my Decease, my body be decently buried In a Christian like manner, Believeing that God will raise it again according to his purpose- As It respects what worldly goods it hath pleased God to give me, I divide in manner and form following, To John my oldest son I will him two dollars if applyed for, to be in full of his share of my estate both real and personal; to Elizabeth, Margaret, and Agness, my three daughters, I will to each, and every one of them, two dollars in full of their parts of my estate, both real and personal, to my three youngest sons, James, George, and Hugh, I will unto each of them, one horse, saddle, and bridle, to be theirs when applyed for; the balance of my estate both real and personal, after paying my Just debts and funeral expenses, I will unto my wife Elizabeth, during her natural life, and after her decease, to be equally divided between my three youngest sons, James, George, and Hugh to be divided by appraisement of three good free holders, each one takeing his choice in turn, what cannot be divided conveniently, I allow to be sold to the highest bidder, and the money to be divided I do here by appoint my sons, John, and James, my exeutors of this my last will and testament, hereby making Void all former wills by me here before made, and do declare this to be my last will, In witness where of I here unto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of June AD 1824- Signed and Sealed in the presenc of vis Thomas Dickson, Ezekiel Mathews, Jas L.
