The State of South Carolina   }In the Probate Court
County of Abbeville

In Re
Estate of Basil Maddox decd.
    We J.F. Lusk & Wm Maddox do solemnly swear that Basis Maddox deceased died 
without any will as far as we know or believe and that we will well and truly 
administer all and singular the goods and Chattels, rights and credits, of said 
deceased, and pay all his just debts as far as the same will extend and the law 
requires and that we will make a true and perfect inventory of all the said  
Goods and Chattels rights and credits and return a just account thereof to the 
Court thereunto required.
