I Theophilus Norwood being in a sick and weak condition of health but in perfect mind memory. Thanks be to God for the same, and calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed, once and for all men to die, do make and ordain this my last will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend to the earth to be buried in decentey at the descertion of my executors and as touching such worldly estate as has to bless me with in this life. I give dismis and dispose of the same in the following manner and form - - I do constitute and ordain John Middleton and Samuel Porter, Lawful executors - - first I will and bequeath unto Eleanor, my beloved wife all my movable affects.
