                        Will of 
                  Theophilus Norwood

In the name of God, Amen.

I Theophilus Norwood being in a sick and weak condition
of health but in perfect mind memory.  Thanks be to God 
for the same, and calling to mind the mortality  of my 
body and knowing that it is appointed, once and for all
men to die, do make and ordain this my last will and
Testament that is to say principally and first of all I
give and recommend to the earth to be buried in 
decentey at the descertion of my executors and as 
touching such worldly estate as has to bless me with in 
this life.  I give dismis and dispose of the same in the 
following manner and form - - I do constitute and ordain
John Middleton and Samuel Porter,  Lawful executors - -
first I will and bequeath unto Eleanor, my beloved wife
all my movable affects.  Also I will and bequeath all 
my lands and tennements unto my three beloved Sons, Viz:
Samuel Norwood and John Middleton Norwood, Richard 
Norwood and debts  own to me and all debts that I am in,
are to be paid out of the above name, three boys, share
of the estate - - And do hereby disanul all and every
former will and testament ratefying confirming this and 
no other to be my will and testament in witness whereof
I set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of April, One
seven Hundred Eighty Seven.
