Page 231, the 25 March 1799 And Examined. 92-2267 Will of Thomas Tinsley In the name of God Amen I Thomas Tinsley being Weak in Body but of Sound Memory, Blessed be God.  Do make and ordain this to be my Last will and testament And first I Will my Soul to God who gave it and my Body to be Decently Buryed and my funeral Expenses paid and all other Lawful Debts against me be Likewise paid out of my Estate and my Remaining  property or estate Real or personal to be Divided as follows  Viz  I give to my son John Fifty acres of Land, the Lower part of the tract joining Burt Morris Land and I Likewise give to My Son William Fifty acres of Land adjoining my son Johns (Exupting?) the fishery and the Remaining Fifty one acres of Land, [the word (Partly) is inserted here above the line of text] I will [the words (the fishery) are inserted here above the line of text] that my Beloved wife have the full use and benefit of During of her Life, and at her Decease, I will the Same to my Son Elijah Forever.  I Likewise give to My Daughter Elizabeth Spencer one Dollar if asked for.
