State of SC, Aiken county.
The Crystal Lake Development Co., a corporation organized under the laws of the 
State of SC, and M.G. Satcher in the State aforesaid County of Aiken in 
consideration of the sum of one hundred and five Dollars to them in hand paid 
at and before the sealing of these Presents by Mrs. Ollie A. Boysworth in the 
State aforesaid County of Aiken (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged), 
have granted, bargained , sold and released, and by these Presents DO GRANT, 
bargain, sell and release unto the said Mrs. Ollie A. Boysworth , her heirs and 
assigns the following described real estate ; All that lot and parcel of land 
situate, lying and being in the Town of N. Augusta, county of Aiken and State 
of S C, known and designated as lot number ten (10) in Block 5 1 of plat made 
by J.T. Wise, civil Engineer, the said lot having a frontage on Bluff Ave of 
fifty (50) feet, more or less, and extending back between parallel lines to 
West Terrace, its eastern boundary line being 240.22 feet in length .  The said 
lot is bounded:  North by Bluff Ave, East by lot number nine (9) of said Block 
and plat, South by West Terrace and West of lot number eleven (11) of said 
block and plat.
The said M.G. Satcher joins in this deed for the purpose of releasing, and does 
by these presents release all his rights, title, interests, claim and equity in 
the lot above described, and particularly all lien he has thereon by reason of 
mortgage, dated July 28, 1926, and recorded in Real Estate Mortgage Book #48, 
page 379, in the office of the Clerk of Court of Aiken County, SC.
