It is alleged that the officers met Tom Craig on the road near Aiken suddenly on Saturday, and that the man turned his horse around and drove off from them, throwing a number of bottles of liquor from his vehicle as he drove away. The police declare that they found seven half pints and one whole pint scattered along the way and that they are holding these for evidence against the defendant. Magistrate WB Raborn issued the warrant.
