Thomas W.S. Pinckney, colored late postmaster at Mount Holley, charged with having 
sold postage stamps and stamped envelopes to the amount of $241.23, and not 
accounting therefor, was brought before United States Commissioner Hutchinson 
yesterday and committed to jail for trial at the January term of the United States 
District Court.
