Too Much Married. - Thomas Prince an --- Benedict, hailing from Aiken county, left 
his lawful wife Phoebe Treadway Prince, went over to Georgia and took to his bosom 
a second spouse in the person of Miss Rebecca Goldman, of Augusta. On Monday last 
the devoted Phoebe appeared before Judge Snead and swore that Prince was her 
lawful husband, and had him arrested for bigamy. He waved examination, gave bond 
for the sum of one hundred dollars for his appearance at the next session of the 
Superior Court for trial.
