All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/sc/scfiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Angie Rapids angierapids@gmail.com March 24, 2023, 11:28 am The Aiken Recorder 9 March 1886 On February 28th, Mrs. Francis Busbee of Vaucluse died very suddenly at her sister's Mrs. Elizabeth Rosier near Mile's Mill, where she went late Sunday afternoon on a visit in apparent good health, but about 12 o'clock that night she jumped up and ran to the door and then back to the bed and and died sitting up. Mrs. Busbee was about sixty years of age and was the mother of Mr. Wyley Busbee and Mr. Bud Busbee. She was a good and highly respected Christian lady and leaves quite a number of friend and relatives to mourn her loss. Her remains where interred in the family graveyard about three miles form Vaucluse on last Tuesday, in the presence of a large number of sorrowing friends and relatives.
