The Aiken Recorder 2 Feb 1886
Mrs. Jackson(the mother of our citizens Ben and Lewis Jackson) an old and 
estimable lady, died at Mrs. Henry Napier's her daughter, of pneumonia on Friday 
last. Her funeral was preached by the Rev. Mr. Wroten in the Lutheran Church, a 
large number of friends attended the remains to the cemetery.
