As is usual in such cases he fell to the ground and was run over and fatally injured, both legs and one are being badly crushed. He died about 4 o'clock the next morning. A jury of inquest was held over his body, and it rendered a verdict that he came to his death from injuries received while attempting to steal a ride on the care, and that his death was the result of his own carelessness.
