There are many unmarked graves and over 30 marked with fieldstones. Only three (3) graves had readable tombstones. ALSTON, G.L., b (about 1858), age 65 years, d 26 OCT 1923 FRANKS, Carrie, b (about 1871), age 48 years, d 4 APR 1919 GAMBRELL, Adline, b (about 1872), W/o G.W. Gambrell, age 52 years, d 17 APR 1924 (two tombstones almost readable - best guess is: TOM MER JONES & MARGRET JONES) (two small foot stones - both with initials "MC") & (one broken tombstone - ?lyde MeB?) (rock tombstone - 1883 - Mary Ware - d. AP. 7) Items in parenthesis (--added information--) came from family and friends and may not be on the tombstones. Information on Burials after 17 NOV 1999 may come from Funeral Home grave markers or obituaries which may contain more or less information than the tombstone which was added months later. Some people whose name appears in the Index are still alive. Their tombstone have been erected.
