The youth is survived by his mother and step-father, Mr and Mrs Lee RICKARD; his grandmother, Mrs Emma MAULDIN, of Anderson. He was a nephew of Chief Albert MAULDIN, of the Anderson fire department; Miss Sallie MAULDIN and J W MAULDIN, of Anderson, and John MAULDIN, of Greenville. Funeral services will take place at 11 o'clock Saturday morning at the home, with the Rev R L Holroyd officiating, assisted by Dr Joe H Carter. Interment will follow in Silver Brook cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny BATES, Jack HOPKINS, W L GREGORY, Harry and William F CLYBORNE, H W COLLINS, Thomas E LITTLEJOHN, W C NICHOLS and B L BYERS. The body is at the funeral home.
