Mrs Ludie WILES TUCKER, 91 of 627 Sulphur Springs Road, died Monday.
She was a native of Anderson County, daughter of the late James L and Mattie 
CARLISLE WILES.  She had lived in Iva most of her life, moving to Greenville 
18 years ago.  She was a member of Union Baptist Church, Iva.
Surviving are two sons, G H TUCKER of Macon, Ga, and Charles TUCKER of 
Greenville; a daughter, Mrs J M JORDAN of Macon; two brothers, Edgar and Bob 
WILES of Iva; a sister, Mrs Iva MAULDIN of Greenville; three grandchildren; 
and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 pm at Union Baptist Church, Iva.  
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The body is at McDougald’s South Chapel, Anderson, and will be placed in the 
church at 1 pm Wednesday.  The family is at the home of a son, Charles 
TUCKER, 617 Sulphur Springs Road, and will receive friends at the funeral 
home Tuesday from 7 to 9 pm.
