To my granddaughter Lucinda Riley I will and bequeath my other bed and furniture wiz: bedsheets, 2 pillars and bedquilt, to my son John Cox 1 pewter dish and 6 plates and it is my desire that my bay horse should be sold on a 12 month credit and son John should get 1/3 part and the rest be divided equally between all my legetees except James, Charles White, Hollingsworth Vandiver and my desire is that they each should have 5 shillings out of my estate and no other part. All other goods be sold and equally divided except as before mentioned. The money I have in hands of Benjamin Dukoah to pay James Sims, David McCutcheon, Henry Cox, Gambrels Cox and Nimrod Barlett divided equally. It is my wish that James should have the crop growing on my place. I appoint James C. Griffin and my son John Cox as my executors.
