Kankula gcgenweb@bellsouth.net March 13, 2005 Abstracted by Mary Gibson IN THE NAME OF THE LORD AMEN I John Woodall Senr of the state of South Carolina and Pendleton District being in a very sick and low state of body but in perfect mind and memory thanks be to God Therefore calling to mind the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die I do make and / ordain this my last will and Testament Thas is to say principally. I give and command my soul to God that gave it, and my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a decent Christian order at the discrefsion of my Executors nothing doubting but at the Eternal resurrection I shall receive the same again by the almighty power of God And as toucing my worldly estate as it has pleased God to blefs me with in this world I demise give and dispose of the same in the manner following First I leave of my Estate so much to be sold as shall pay all my lawful debts Secondly. I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Sarah Power Unto My beloved Son John Woodall my whole estate to be equally divided among them share and share alike Except so much thereof as I have otherwise disposed by a Deed bearing date the 25.. day of Feby in the year of our Lord 1806-- --Also I constitute ordain and appoint my sons Joseph Woodall and John Woodall Junior My Executors to execute this my last will and testament And I do hereby disallow revoke Disannul, all and every other former Testament Wills, Legacies, bequeaths & Executors by me in any wise before named Wiled and bequeathed RATIFYING and confirming this my last will and testament In witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of March in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and six -- -- -- Signed Sealed and published ) John Woodall (SEAL) In the presence of ) Christian Frick ) Stephen R.
