Witnesseth that the said Toliver as well for an in consideration of the natural love and affection which he hath and beareth unto the said Hawkins and Joseph as also for their better maintenance suport and livelihoods hath given, granted, aliened, in? and confirmed by these presents to give, grant alien in? and confirm unto the said Hawkins and Joseph their heirs and assigns all that plantation tract or parcel of land containing five hundred acres more or less situate lying and being in the District aforesaid on the north west side of Yarrow branch waters of South Edisto River beginning at a Maple corner at the mouth of Reedy fork, Thence meandering up Yarrow branch to Samuel Youngbloods line Thence along said Youngbloods line to William Summerfields line, Thence No 25 Est to a pine corner thence So 80 Est to a pine corner Then No to a stake corner thence on lands granted to Daniel Green to the head of the Reedy fork, Thence down the Reedy fork to the junction with Yarrow branch to the beginning. The whole of said lands originally granted to John Delashmeat and hath such shape and marks as the original plant represents. Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise incident or appurtaining and the reversion .... p 268 .... whatsoever of him the said Toliver martin of in and to all the said message tenements and premises and of in and to every and parcel thereof with their and every of their appurtenances,,,,, to the said Hawkins and Joseph Martin, their heirs and assigns forever as tenants in common and the said Toliver Martin for himself, his heirs, Executors Administrators doth covenant grant and agree to and with the said Hawkins and Joseph Marting their heirs...
