Received September 15, 1819 of Tolover Martin Four hundred & fifty dollars which
is this day credited on....torn page...judgment which the said Tolover, has
gained against me for...  thousand five hundred and twenty two dollards in... ll
payment for all my stock of cattle & Hogs Su....to be about Twenty head of
cattle & twenty five... of hogs big & little.  Also one Sorrel mare Sw...eight
years old which  & one gelding with one age Swin or eight years old...said
property, I do hereby warrant and define to said Tolover martin his heirs &
assigns against my ...and my heirs & against any other preson or persons
claiming the same or any part thereof...under my hand and seal the day and
date...  Zachariah (probably Martin as can see beginning of "M"although page torn)

Additional Comments:
Toliver had a son named Zachariah, but it is doubtful this would be a son;
Probably a brother or cousin.  Although the Surname on the signature is torn
off, I believe it is Zachariah Martin and is indexed that way on the typed index.
