The City Gazzette August 2, 1821
Abstract of death notice.

The friends and acquaintances of Mrs. A. Colzy and of her son John F. Colzy 
were invited to attend the funeral of the latter.   That notice gave John's 
last address as 43 Church St.   According to the City Death Records, John 
(whose name was listed in the city records as John B.F. Colzy) died at the age 
of 18 on August 2, 1821 of bilious fever and was buried at St. Mary's.
