WILL OF ANN ABBOTT,
VOL. 47 PAGE 756 
PROBATE JUDGE'S OFFICE, CHARLESTON, S. C.

   I do hereby make this my last Will, and give Charles, My slave, and all the
property of which May die Seized and possessed to my Son Thomas H. Abbott, after
payment of my debts, Constituting him Executor with full power to Sell.

   Witness my Hand and Seal at Charleston this Twelfth day of March 1853.

   Signed, Sealed, delivered and published by the Testator as and for her last
Will in presence of the Subscribers, who in her presence and in the presence of
each other, have Subscribed their Names as Witnesses.
