Linder Cemetery, Cherokee County, South Carolin Survey By W. D. Floyd Made available to The USGenWeb Archives by W.D. (Bill) Floyd - wdfloyd@rfci.net To reach this cemetery from the Gaffney, SC/I-85 area take Highway SC 11 west for a couple of miles until you find Old Post Road going off to the south. Follow Old Post for about a mile and a half or until you find Linder Road going off to the right. Follow this road down the hill and just after you cross the bridge turn on the road to the left, I don’t remember it’s name. Follow this road until you cross a bridge going over the upper end of a small lake the cemetery will be at the top of the hill on the right in a pasture with a couple of cedar trees at it. The cemetery is enclosed with a really nice big rock wall all the way around with a break for a gate. I recorded this cemetery April 18, 1998. There may be three or four more graves in this cemetery that are unmarked. Smith, Nannie V. March 24, 1852 November 27, 1933 w/o E.P.
