Imprimis, I Give & bequeth to Margret, my Well beloved wife, this house & a lawfull Mintanance off this plantation wheron I now Live During her Life to be destributed to her by my Executors, to gather with her Bed & Bed close, 2ly, I give & bequeth to my Well beloved Son John my Large Bible, I give and bequeth to my well beloved son Georage Aprat of this plantation whas granted to me in the year 1774: & first day of August Which I now Love on viz beginning at the Lower End of the foremention track, with all the contents of the dame as fare up as Aline Which Runs from Waaaaaateroack, Whick is Acorner tree of Allexander Chesnuts Land: and one of the above mentioned track to Agum on the Banch of the Branch at the Death of my Well beloved Wife together with the third of that track Bearing date Seventh day of My 1788. Next I Leave & Bequeth to my well beloved Son Samuel all above that Line, Above Mentioned track and all on the un-East Side of the Branch that is Within the Above mentioned Track, unto a line Which Runs from Apisimon, & Runs the Course of 18 degrees N E Near About that Course to pine. Next I Give & bequeth to my Well beloved Son John all the Land Lying on the NE Side of the Last Mentioned Line Within the Lines of the Above Mentioned track to Aline which Runs from Aredrock to Ahickrey. Also the third of the Aforementioned track Bearing date 1774 & first day of August. Next I give & Bequeth to my Well beloved son Thomas thattrack of Land the I purchased from James Bankhead together with 18 Adkres Cut off by Line from the upper part of the track. Next I Give & bequeth to myWell beloved Son James Abed & beding of Cloase to be Given by my Well beloved Wife Such as She pleases to Give & no more. Niex I Give & bequeth to my Well beloved doughter Margret, my Young Horse Nmed Donnal & her Saddell & Abridle & two Cows & Calfs, Aved & Beding of Close, and all that my Executors pleas to give her Besides, Next I give & bequeth to my two youngest Children that is Alexander & Jeant as Much of my Estate as Will Bring them to an Equar Share With Margret. Next i give & bequeth to my Well beloved son David My Black Briches & the Book that he has now in psehesion, & all the remainder of my Estate to be disposed of by my Executors According as they See Needsesity & if it plases god in his providence to Remove Either Thomas or George by death before Lawful whue that the first of them that falls by death of them that their part of the land falls to James & if both dies before the time before Mentioned that the Last falls to my Son Allexander & Next I Give & bequeth to my Well Beloved Nephues that is Willam and David Mofit the one third of that track of Land bearing date the Seventh day of May 1788 & I Constitue make & ordain James Chesnut & my son John McDill Executors of this my Last Will & Testament & I do herby utterly disallow Revoake & disanul all & Every othr former testaments Wills Legises & bequeths & Executors by me in any Ways before Named Willed & bequethhed Ratifying & Confirming this & o other to be my Last Will & testament in Wittness Whereof I have heunto Set My hand & Seal the day & year able.
