Do by these presents Desire this to be my last will and testament in maner following first I leave and Bequest my soul to almighty God Who give it and Body to the Earth to be buried in a Decent manner At the Discretion of my Executors Hereafter Named And as to my Worldly substance I leave in manner Following that is to say After my debts and Funeral Expenses is paid. I first Do bequeath until my Dear and beloved Wife Mary one third part of the prophits of the plantation I now Live on Containing three Hundred Acres situate on the waters of Rocky Creek During her widowhood, and at the expiration of her widowhood the Land is to be Equally Divided between my Four Sons Robert, Isaac, Samuel & Erwin. Each one to get his share when he comes of Age. And by my Dear and Beloved Wife Mary Keeping my Children together and giving them sufficient Schooling I give & bequeath unto her the third part of all my moveable property During her Life & then to be left to whom she will & the other two thirds of my moveable property is to be Equally Divivded between all my Children. And I ordain Isaac McFadden & Ralph McFadden & Mary McKinney My Dear and beloved Wife to be sold Executors of this my Last will and Testament revoking all other wills heretofore made by me and by these presents do leave this to be my last Will and testament Signed Sealed & Published and pronounced this Twenty Fifty Day of July One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety-six.
