In the name of God amen
I Robert Stewart of the Waxhaws and provence of South Carolina being Infirm of
Body but of found memory and judgment Do mak thismy Last Will and testment
hearby Disanulling all former wills Legucies and boquethments Either by Word or
Writing If aney fuh be made by me firft and princaply I Leave and bequeth my
foule to God Who gave it and my body to be Intered in adofent and Christian
maner as my Executors Fhall think fit and as to What Worly Estate it hath
pleased god to slefs me with  I  Dispoas of it in the following manner first I
Leave and bequeath until my Well beloved Wife Margreat Ftewart her hoarse and
Sadle her third part of my Remaining Estat and her Living on the plantation
During her Widowhood I Leave and bequeth my plantation that I now pofefs to my
fon John and the third par of the perfonall Estate and to be fcooled fit to Keep
a tradesman book off his own third and the Remaining third to my young Daughter
and I Constitute apoint William patton Jr and my Wife Margret Stewart Sole
Executors of this my Last Will and testement this 29th of october 1780 Rowert
