Cone, of Colleton County in the State aforesaid, married woman, in consideration of the sum of one dollar, to me paid by John Cone, Miles Cone Jr., and J.M. Dalton, Trustees, in the State aforesaid, have granted, bargained, sold, and released, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, and release unto the said John Cone, Miles Cone Jr., and J.M. Dalton, Trustees of Shepherd Baptist Church of St. Paul's Parish, Colleton County, all that lot of land situated in the parish, county, and state aforesaid, containing one acre, bounded on the north, east, south, and west by land of Mrs. M.J. Cone, as a plat made by L.A. Strobel, surveyor, will more fully show, bearing date of April 21st, 1885, TOGETHER, with all and singular the Rights, Members, Hereditaments and appurtenances to the said Premises belonging, or in anywise incident or appertaining: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises before mentioned unto the said John Cone, Miles Cone Jr., and J.M. Dalton, and to their successors and Assigns forever.
