Moore Conveyance The State of South Carolina, County of Colleton Know all men, that I, Mrs. Mary J. Cone, in consideration of the sum of seven hundred dollars ($700) to me paid by Mrs. Mary Margaret Moore (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged), do grant and release unto the said Mrs. Mary Margaret Moore all that piece or plantation of land situated in St. Paul's Parish, County of Colleton, in the State aforesaid containing one hundred and twenty (120) acres, more or less, bounded on the north, east, and west by lands of Mrs. A.L. Tumbleston, and on south by lands of Charles Tumbleston as a plat drawn by Louis A. Strobel, Surveyor, bearing date of April 21st 1885 will more fully show, and I declare it is my intention to seal, dispose of, and convey this my separate estate, as herein mentioned for my own benefit, TOGETHER, with all the Rights and appurtenances therein belonging: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises unto the said Mrs. Mary Margaret Moore, her Heirs and Assigns forever. And I do hereby warrant the said premises unto the said Mrs. Mary Margaret Moore, her Heirs and Assigns forever, against me and my Heirs, Executors, and Administrators all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof. WITNESS my Hand and Seal, this fifteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety and in the 114 year of the Sovereignty and Independence of the United States of America.
