Imprimis My will is that all the Debts of the Estate of my funeral Charges be first Paid. Item. I Give & Bequeath unto my loving Cousin Hannah Murphey out of that Estate Decending to me by Father Joseph Andrew deceased One Thousand Pounds & one girl called ___ to her and her Heirs for Ever. Item. I Give & bequeath unto my Loving Cousin Catherine Murphey out of the Estate aforesaid the like Sum of One Thousand Pounds & one Negro Girl called Lucy to her & her Heirs for ever. Item. I give & Bequeath unto my Loving Cousin Joseph Sealy all & Singular the Remaining Part of my Estate Decended as aforesd. as well Goods & Chattels as Negroes & Moneys to him and his Heirs for Ever, Item. My Will also is that after the Debts and Charges aforementioned be paid then I Impower my Executors to pay the above Legacies as it can be made of my Plantation Each of them an Equal share a Year till they be both Paid. Item. I give & Bequeath unto my Loving Cousin Elizabeth Sealy when She Arrives at the age of Twenty Three One Thousand Pounds. Item. I Give & Bequeath unto my Loving Cousin William Sealy when he arrives at the Age of Twenty One One Thousand pounds to him & his heirs for ever. Item. I Give & Bequeath to my Loving Cousin Susanah Sealy at the age of Twenty, One thousand Pounds to her & her heirs for Ever. Item. My Will is also that my Executor hereafter mentioned be Carefull to Execute my Fathers Will in Respect to my aunt Hannah Murphy as Soon as they can or See it most convenient. I Appoint my Friend John Mitchell my Cousin Barah Martin & my Cousin Joseph Sealy to be Executors to this my last Will & Testament, my Will also is that the Negro Girl called Milley Shall still continue in the service of my Aunt Hannah Andrew and at her Death Shall be the Property of my Cousin Joseph Sealy, my will also is that no part of my estate be Sold without Force.
