Both were more than likely the sons of Easley Kilpatrick born in Goochland Co, Va. and moved to Dobbs, now Lenoir County, NC. It appears from the names, many of the Darlington/Sumter County family moved to Henry County, Ala. BIRTHS John Kilpatrick father of E. John Dubose Sina A. Kilpatrick was married to V. C. McDaniel on the 14th January 1885 by the Rev. H. B. Garris Elias F. Kilpatrick Jr was married the 20th of December AD 1893 by the Rev. (no name) W. Kilpatrick died September 25, 1913 Elias ( the middle initial is F but the rest of the name is blurred - it could be Fletcher but it really does not look like it) died October the 10th 1904 age 81 years 5 months and 15 days Eliza A. Kilpatrick wife of the above named died July 2nd 1909 age 81 years 6 months and 15 days DEATHS Israel C. Parnell died August 24th AD 1874 Frances S. Parnell wife of the above named died the 24th of June at about nine o'clock pm 1889 Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord for there works do follow them. Martha A.
