WILL OF ANNE MIKELL 


In The name of God Amen; I ann Mikell being very Sick and weak of 
body (But Perfect mind and memory Thanks be to god for The same and
knowing that it is appointed for all Just to die do make and Ordain
this my last Will and Testament, Viz, First my will and Desire is 
that all my Just debts & Funeral charges be paid.


Secondly- I give and bequeath to my well beloved Daughter Fanny C
McIntosh, my Negro Fellow named Peter together with the whole of
my other Personal Property Consisting of Cattle, Beds, and bed
furniture and  all other kind of Houshold & Kitchen furniture
with every other kind of Property, that I may die Pofest of to her
and her heirs forever,


Lastly. I constitute and Appoint my beloved Daughter Fanny C.
Mcintosh to be my only Exectutrix to this my last will and Testament:


In witnefs whereof I have hereunto put my hand and Seal this 27th
day of September in The year 1807
