___ humble petition of the undersigned Pleasant Searles ____ Mary Cox 

___ of the city of Augusta Georgia departed this life interstate and forty six

 being at the time of her death ____ in her own right of in____in the estate

of Philip Lightfoot ____ of the said District deceased as one of the Distributers of the same act that ____petition is desirous that the administration of the estate of the said Mary Cox should be granted to _____ petitioner upon the usual terms.

Wherefore  ___ Petition prays that it may be so ____.
