Whereas Henry Huff & Rosannah Huff his wife are heirs and representatives of said estate and whereas also they can ---- themselves intitled (sic) to secure forthwith their respective share of said Estate in persuance of act of the General Assembly in such cases made and proved. These are therefore to comman you the said Sarah Head and Peter Head to be and appear before me in my office at Edgefield Courthouse on Friday the seventh day of October next to render in an account of your actions and doings in the premises that it may more fully appear wheather you have so administered on said estate as by the conditions and undertakings in your bond contained and by the Law usage and customs in such cases made and provided you are bound to do there in. ---? at your peril.
