Recorded in pages 96 and 97 of this book, Dec 18th, Sarah Lott (near the Ridge) 
in 96 District.  Took a citation in the estate of Jesse Lott, deceased as next 
of kin.  Filed citation third day of Dec 1782 and granted at same time.  
Letters of Admon to said Sarah Lott, who qualified as Admrix, Warrant of 
appraisement granted.  Didimus to Philemon Waters Esqr to qualify appraisers 
usual Bond and Sureties.  John Fredrick and James Fredrick.
25th Feb 1783 Inventory and Appraisement returned and filed in the Ordinary's 
office.{1845 12 6  Recorded in page 54 of this book.
