NE side of  Lloyds creek, Edgefiled county

John Davis was granted the land on Jan 7,1772 of 150 acres and Nathan Reed was 
granted his land on 4-24-1774 of 100 acres next to each other. It is stated 
all land around them was vacant. The orignal memorials were years earlier. In 
1784 Isham(Isom) sold both tracts of land due to him being HEIR AT LAW.  
Lloyds (Loids) creek this creek ran thru the middle of Johns land.
Precept dated Aug 5th 1766. N56.3872 by L85E3572 by 85W3812 by N25W3872 
Certified by Isaac Perry. The copies are very poor.

Additional Comments:
 Having been married to Winnifred Broughton by Aquila Miles JP, Isham  sold 
the land and left SC and settled in Buncombe NC and finally last years in 
Macon Cty NC. I have his complete revoluntary war pension files.
