Personally came before Thomas R. Bond and John Gasset being duly sworn & saith
that they were subscribing to within deed & that they Michael Howard &
Temperance Howard his wife assign the same this 27th day of February 1830

Mr Thomas R. Bond & John Gasset Commissioners & appointed to take the 
relinquishment of the inheritance of Temperance Howard do hereby certify unto
all whom it may concern that the said Temperance Howard did this day appears
before us and upon being privately and separately examined by us declare that
she did actually join her husband at least seven days before such examination
and conveying the within land away & that the continuous willing to convey the
same away and that she does relinquishment her claim of the inheritance unto
the within named Abner Watson and Archibald Watson them & their heirs forever
given unto our hands this 27th day of February 1830.
