Beginning at a Hickory x3 on Samuel Deans line and runs N 36 E 13 chains to a Stake x3 thence N55 W 27 chs 40 links to a Stake x3 thence S 35 W 75 links to a Stake x3 thence N 60 W 13 chains to Mores Creek then down sd Creek to the mouth of the sd Small Branch Westside of sd Creek then up sd branch to Wilkin Smith line to a pine corner 3 thence S 10 W 19 chs 20 links to a Stake x3 thence S 55 E 18 chs to a Red Oak x3 thence 35 E to Job Padgets Corner of the 200 Acres then with the Grant S 55 E to the Hickory at the beginning. Together with all Singular the rights members hereditaments & appurtenances to the sd premises belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining and reserving nevertheless all the Swamp or land Job Padget Mill Pond overflow. To have and to hold all & Singular the premises before mentioned and the sd William Jones his heirs assigns forever and I do hereby bind myself my heirs Admts and Assigns to warrant and forever defend all & Singular the sd premises unto the sd William Jones his heirs other person or persons whomsoever.
