Sarah Watson to Abner Watson & others             Deed-Edgefield District
                                                  State of South Carolina

Know all men by these presents that I Sarah Watson of the State and District of
aforesaid do in consideration of esteem and affection for my two children
Archibald and Abner Watson make a deed of gift giving and granting to said Abner
Watson and Archibald Watson at my death all my rights, title, intent & claims
being following tract of land. Containing two hundred and fifty acres more or
less situate in the District aforesaid on Clouds Creek waters of the Little
Saluda River being of one tract of two hundred acrea granted to John Carlin
and one half of thirty acres granted to Arthur Watson 5 February 1787 and part
of three hundred acres and two hundred fifty two acres singularly to Abner
Watson and Archibald Watson.

My hand and seal 12 July 1828 and the 52nd year of American Independence
