Michael Watson to Abner Watson & others        Deed-State of South Carolina

Know all men by these presents that I Michael Watson of the State of South
Carolina and Barnwell District for and in consideration of the sum of ten
dollars to me in hand paid by Archibald Watson and Abner Watson of the same 
place have granted , bargained, sold, and released by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, and release unto the said Abner Watson and Archibald Watson all
my part of the landed estate of my father Richmond Watson, late of the District
aforesaid, deceased. Being a tract of land containing two hundred and fifty
acres, be the same more or less situate in the District aforesaid on Clouds
Creek, waters of the Little Saluda River being one tract of two hundred acres 
to John Carlin and one tract of thirty five acres granted to Arthur Watson the
5th day of February 1787 and part of another tract containing three hundred 
acres as appears by plat of the same annexed to a deed of conveyance given said
Richmond Watson by Elizah Watson being date the second day June 1878(sic)
altogether with all and singular the rights, members, hereditaments, and 
appertainances to the said premise belonging to any wise incident or appertain-
ing to have and hold all singular to Abner Watson and Archibald Watson and
their heirs 30th day of September 1828 and 52 years of American Independence.
